Welcome to the heart of the Brasserie des Légendes tasting site, Brasserie Quintine. Here is a brief summary of its history. After the restoration of his farmhouse, Philippe Gérard realized his dearest wish: to set up his own brewery. In 1993, Quintine's first brew came to delight the taste buds.
Close to the pension, he decides to hand over his brewery to Pi Erre and Vinciane Delcoigne.
New horizons were opening up for the Brasserie Quintine, the Brasserie des Légendes was born. Many investments were made during the takeover: bottling room, guard room, vat room, ... The brewing room allows 2 to 3 brews of 15 hl per day. The fermentation room includes 2 tanks of 65 hl and the guard room 5 tanks of 45 hl. The racking room has a capacity of 3000 bottles per hour.
